Terms and Conditions
Read the service terms for Trust Force hosting, domain registration, billing, support and account management.
Agreement to use Trust Force services
These Terms set out the rules for using Trust Force websites, client-area tools, domain services, hosting services, support systems and related products supplied under the Trust Force name and powered by Netronical.
By registering an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, using a service, submitting a support ticket or continuing to use the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this website.
- You must provide accurate client, billing and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping account passwords, email access and client-area details secure.
- You may not use Trust Force services for unlawful, abusive, harmful or network-disruptive activity.
Orders, billing and activation
Orders may include hosting packages, domain registration, domain transfers, custom services or support-related services. Some orders are automated, while others may require manual review before activation.
Hosting and domain services are activated after payment is verified and, where applicable, after the required WHM/cPanel, registry or supplier checks have completed.
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless another currency is shown.
- An invoice or order reference may be used for payment tracking and support.
- Trust Force may place suspicious or incomplete orders on hold until details are verified.
Domain registrations and transfers
Domain registrations are subject to registry availability and registry rules. A domain may appear available during a search but later fail registration if the registry, registrar or supplier rejects it.
Domain transfers require valid ownership access and any authorisation codes or approval steps required by the relevant registry or registrar.
- You are responsible for spelling the domain correctly before ordering.
- Domain renewal dates and expiry notices should be monitored in the client area.
- A transferred domain remains subject to the rules of its registry and registrar.
Hosting, cPanel and resource use
Hosting packages are linked to resource limits such as storage, bandwidth, email accounts, databases and package restrictions set in WHM/cPanel.
Clients must ensure scripts, websites, email accounts and applications are secure, updated and not harmful to other users or server stability.
- Trust Force may suspend services causing abuse, malware, spam, high load or security risk.
- Package upgrades or downgrades may require approval and WHM/cPanel package changes.
- Backups should be kept by the client even where backup services are offered.
Support and client responsibility
Trust Force provides support through contact forms, tickets, email and other available channels. Support covers hosting, domain, billing and service access issues within the scope of the purchased service.
Custom development, third-party application repairs, malware cleaning, website content updates or external DNS issues may be charged separately unless included in a package.
Limitation of service
Trust Force aims to provide reliable hosting and domain services, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted at all times. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, registry issues, security incidents or force majeure events may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Force is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profit, data loss or third-party service failure arising from use of the services.
Changes to these Terms
Trust Force may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements or business operations. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
